WHO WE ARE

MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE BUILT ACROSS TWO CONTINENTS

OUR STORY STARTED IN FRANCE IN 2010

White Lab’s story began in France in 2010 with a focus on product development and manufacturing. From the beginning, our approach was built around a simple principle: a manufacturer should do more than produce a product. It should understand how that product is developed, how it will be manufactured consistently and how it can evolve with the brand behind it.

Over the years, that experience expanded across different product categories, formulations and manufacturing requirements. In 2017, White Lab established its U.S. operations, bringing its manufacturing experience and product development approach to the American market while maintaining its presence and capabilities in France.

Today, White Lab USA combines experience from both sides of the Atlantic with an integrated manufacturing structure designed to serve brands looking for flexibility, technical expertise and a long-term production relationship.

Our history has given us exposure to different products, markets and approaches to manufacturing. That experience continues to shape how we evaluate every new project: individually, practically and with the objective of building products that can move effectively from development into commercial production.

SPECIALIZED TEAMS. ONE MANUFACTURING PARTNER.

White Lab USA brings together the specialized teams and capabilities required to take a product from development through finished production within one organization. R&D, formulation, manufacturing, production, quality control, filling, packaging, graphic design and project coordination are all managed in-house.

Our R&D team works directly with our manufacturing teams throughout product development, allowing formulations and processes to be developed with commercial production in mind. Quality control is integrated into our operations, while our packaging and creative teams work alongside production to ensure that the product, its format and its final presentation are considered as part of the same manufacturing program.

Keeping these capabilities in-house creates direct communication between the teams responsible for each stage of a project. A formulation decision can be evaluated alongside production requirements. Packaging specifications can be coordinated with filling and assembly. Graphic design can be developed around the actual container, label and finished-product configuration.

When independent analytical testing is required, White Lab USA works with qualified third-party laboratories to perform the appropriate testing and provide independent laboratory analysis. This external testing complements our internal quality processes while maintaining the development and manufacturing of the product within White Lab USA.

MORE THAN A SUPPLIER. A LONG-TERM MANUFACTURING PARTNER.

Some clients come to White Lab USA with an established product and need a manufacturing partner capable of producing it according to their specifications. Others require R&D, formulation, packaging or creative support before production can begin. Established brands may come to us to develop a new category, extend an existing product line or add manufacturing capabilities.

Our role can adapt to each of these situations. By bringing product development, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and creative capabilities together, White Lab USA can support different stages of a product’s development without separating them into disconnected processes.

The objective is not simply to complete one production run. We want to understand the product, the requirements behind it and where the brand intends to take it. As those requirements evolve, our manufacturing relationship can evolve with them.

From our beginnings in France in 2010 to the establishment of our U.S. operations in 2017 and our continued development today, White Lab has built its capabilities around one objective: providing brands with the expertise, flexibility and manufacturing structure required to develop products, expand product lines and build long-term manufacturing relationships.
