Our in-house R&D capabilities support formulation, ingredient selection, flavor and sensory development, sampling, refinement and manufacturing preparation. Depending on the project, our team can develop a new formulation, evaluate an existing formula or work within specific product requirements provided by the brand.
Because development and manufacturing are connected within the same organization, our R&D process is approached with production in mind. The objective is not only to create the desired product, but to establish a formulation and process that can transition effectively from development into commercial manufacturing.

The development process may include ingredient selection, formulation, flavor and texture development, sampling, adjustments and manufacturing preparation depending on the requirements of the project.
