CO-PACKING & PACKAGING

Disposable vape pens and e-liquid cartridges in white label

FROM COMPONENTS TO FINISHED GOODS

Different products require different packaging processes. A beverage, gummy, baked product, cosmetic or other manufactured item may involve completely different components, filling methods, assembly requirements and final configurations. Our co-packing approach is therefore developed around the individual needs of each program.

For established brands, White Lab USA can provide additional manufacturing and packaging support for new product launches, line extensions or ongoing production requirements. For growing brands, our structure provides the flexibility to develop a packaging operation alongside the evolution of the product line.

The objective is to give brands a manufacturing partner capable of managing more of the process under one roof — connecting production, filling, packaging and finished-product preparation within a coordinated program.

As product lines expand, packaging requirements can evolve with them. New formats, additional SKUs and different configurations can be incorporated according to the needs of the program, allowing the manufacturing relationship to grow alongside the brand.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS BUILT AROUND YOUR PRODUCT

White Lab USA provides co-packing and packaging solutions designed around the specific requirements of each product and production program. Rather than forcing brands into a predefined packaging model, we evaluate the product, format, components and finished presentation to establish the right approach for the project.

Our capabilities can support brands that require packaging as part of a complete manufacturing program as well as companies looking for a partner to handle specific stages of their existing operation. Depending on the project, this may include filling, individual packaging, product assembly, labeling, secondary packaging and preparation of finished goods.

Every program begins with the components and specifications involved. Brands may provide their own packaging materials or work with us to coordinate the requirements of the finished product. Our role is structured according to what the project actually requires, allowing the packaging operation to integrate efficiently with production.

Because co-packing and manufacturing operate within the same organization, White Lab USA can coordinate multiple stages of a project instead of treating packaging as a separate final step. This creates a more connected path from production through finished-product preparation
